When you book an appointment with The Donga, that time is reserved specifically for you. To keep our schedule running smoothly and to respect the time of all clients and barbers, the following policies apply:
Rescheduling & Cancellation
You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 6 hours before your booked time using the link provided in your confirmation.
Late Cancellation Fee
Cancellations made within 6 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service booked.
No-Show Fee
If you do not attend your appointment and fail to notify us, the full price of your service will be charged.

Common Questions
Do I need an appointment?
We welcome both walk-in clients and reservations. Appointments allow us to dedicate sufficient time and ensure your barber is available when you arrive. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability. Wait times are typically less than 30 minutes for haircuts. Shaves and razor cuts may have longer waits due to time required. Call or book online to guarantee your spot!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit cards.. Tips for your barber are appreciated and traditionally given in cash. Please note we do not accept personal checks.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask customers who have booked appointments online or by phone to notify us of cancellations no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. No-shows or last minute cancellations take away spots from other clients. If you miss or cancel without notice 3 hours prior to your appointment, we will require prepayment.
